Looking back over 2022

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you who continue to support us.

Your recommendations to friends and family about our Wagyu Beef and Berkshire Pork spoke volumes. Our aim still remains the same as it did, when we sold our first pack of pork chops back in 1999 – to deliver you fantastic quality, great tasting and locally reared meat. As air miles increase with food sold in the supermarket – we believe it is even more important now than ever to maintain our goal.

2022 saw us win Gold in The Scottish Craft Butchers Awards in the Naked Steak category for our Sirloin Steaks.

We are farmers and foodies before anything else; so your reviews and feedback is so greatly appreciated. Its good to know that the long days and sore joints at the end of it all are worth it.
