Our Berkshire pigs are free-range and slow-reared on pasture here at Hoardweel Farm in the Scottish Borders. Known for their exceptional marbling and rich flavour, this heritage breed delivers outstanding results whether you’re roasting, braising, grilling or curing.

Each half pig is expertly butchered and includes;

• 2 x 1/2 pork shoulder joints
• 2 x 1/2 pork leg joints
• 2 x pork belly joints
• 8 x pack of pork chops (2 per pack)
• 4 x packs of sausages (1/2kg packs)

Pork is packed in poly bags, ready to fill your freezer. Cuts may vary depending on the size of the pig, but every box is packed with value, provenance and quality you can taste.
