Wagyu Beef Brisket – Marbled & Full-Flavoured Joint (Min. 1.5kg)

£30.00

Our Wagyu beef brisket is the ultimate centrepiece for feeding a crowd — whether you’re slow-roasting for Sunday lunch, smoking for a backyard BBQ, or braising low and slow for comfort food that melts in the mouth.

This generously marbled cut is taken from the breast of our grass-fed Wagyu cattle, renowned for its deep, buttery flavour and succulent texture. The natural intramuscular fat renders beautifully as it cooks, basting the meat from within and delivering mouth-watering tenderness every time.

Unlike leaner supermarket brisket cuts, Wagyu beef brisket holds together during cooking while staying incredibly juicy and rich in flavour. That makes it perfect for slicing, shredding, or serving whole as a show-stopping roast.

Each brisket is sold as a minimum 1.5kg joint, vacuum packed for freshness and suitable for freezing. It’s a fantastic option for dinner parties, festive meals, batch cooking, or simply treating the family to something special.

Our Wagyu cattle are born, raised, and finished on our family-run farm in the Scottish Borders. That means you’re getting a cut with true provenance — raised ethically, grass-fed, and handled with the highest welfare standards from start to finish.

To get the best results, we recommend bringing your brisket to room temperature before cooking. Then cook it slowly at a low temperature to allow the marbling to do its work. Whether oven-braised in a rich gravy or smoked for hours on the barbecue, this is a cut that rewards patience with unforgettable flavour.

Description

Wagyu Beef Brisket is a cut that truly celebrates the magic of slow cooking. With its generous size, rich marbling, and melt-in-the-mouth texture, it’s a must-have for home cooks, barbecue lovers, and anyone looking to serve up something truly satisfying.

Brisket comes from the breast section of the cow — a hardworking muscle that benefits immensely from long, slow cooking. When that brisket comes from our heritage-bred, grass-fed Wagyu cattle, the results are elevated even further. The fat marbling running through the muscle slowly renders during cooking, keeping the joint juicy and adding an irresistible depth of flavour.

This joint is ideal for a wide variety of dishes. Smoke it low and slow Texas-style with a dry rub for an epic BBQ main. Oven braise it in red wine, ale, or stock for a Sunday lunch that falls apart on the fork. Or create a comforting beef stew with deep, savoury flavour in every bite. It’s also excellent for slicing thinly for hot sandwiches, or shredding for tacos, burritos, or loaded baked potatoes.

Each brisket is a minimum of 1.5kg, vacuum-sealed for freshness. We do not use preservatives, colouring, or fillers — just pure, ethically reared Wagyu beef from our farm in the Scottish Borders. Our cattle are raised on grass pasture, with care, space, and high-welfare standards throughout their lives.

Cooking tip: Bring your brisket to room temperature before cooking. Cook low and slow — either covered in the oven or in a smoker — until tender, then allow to rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
