We raise our cattle on lush pastures in the Scottish Borders, where they enjoy a calm, stress-free life. This approach to farming translates directly into better eating quality. Because the animals are born, raised, and finished on our farm, we can ensure excellent welfare, sustainability, and flavour — all from a single source.
So, what makes Wagyu Rump Steak such a good option? For starters, it’s incredibly versatile. While some customers love it grilled or pan-seared for a quick dinner, others use it in slow-cooked recipes where its flavour has time to develop further.
