Wagyu Topside is a leaner cut, from the inner muscle of the thigh. It tastes delicious when roasted as a whole joint, or diced and slowly stewed so the meat breaks down and becomes melt-in-the-mouth.

It has a deliciously rich and savoury flavour.

Joints are individually packed and to a minimum weight.
