Each pack is sold with a minimum weight of 230g per steak.

For best results cook from room temperature and allow steak to rest before eating.

The Rump steak is traditionally known as a more lean cut with little fat, which can make it a little less tender than others.  But don’t worry, Wagyu Rump has the same beautiful marbling that all our other cuts have, making it just as tender and juicy!

It is a versatile steak that can be eaten seared and rested or cooked slowly in a sauce.
