For best results cook from room temperature and allow steak to rest before eating.
Denver Steak is a lesser known cut, its a relative newcomer on the beef scene but its becoming increasingly popular. It comes from the beef chuck, which is the shoulder. This steak is situated directly underneath the shoulder blade bone, which makes it one of the more tender muscles in the beef chuck.
Our Wagyu Denver Steaks are tender and remains juicy and flavoursome when cooked quickly over a hot flame. We suggest serving rare or medium rare to achieve the best results.
