Description
Wagyu Minute Steak is a super thin steak that has all the flavour of its other more ‘prestigious’ sister cuts but requires just seconds in a very hot pan or BBQ to sear each side and allow then to rest.
The steak is tender and makes a wonderful steak baguette.
