Each pack is sold with a minimum weight of 220g per steak.
For best results cook from room temperature and allow steak to rest before eating.
Picanha Steak is very similar to Sirloin; tender and juicy with lots and lots of flavour!
This steak is cut from the rump cap.
Prized for its taste in Brazil and becoming well known here in the UK, in restaurants for being one of the tastiest steaks around.
Best cooked from room temperature on a red hot griddle. Served medium to rare with time to rest.
